    overall good.

    and, good idea.

    some questions didn't give me the options i needed to answer them the way i wanted to.

    cannot go back since survey monkey won't allow it.

    maybe post your survey on your blog or send via email in a word doc so i can help you edit.

    also, be better if your link is live than the respondent must cut and paste.
